Bunowen Paddy was born in 2007 and we found him when looking for a colt to bring to Sweden. We originally intended to buy a yearling colt but when we met Paddy we decided to buy him. Paddy's dam is the well known mare Irishtown Beauty who has won at Clifden Show and been elected Supreme Champion at Ballyconneely Show and at Royal Dublin Horse Show.

Beauty is onwed by Paddys' breeder Noel Sweeney. Noel has bred several good ponies from Beauty; Errismore Beauty, Derrygimbla Beauty, Bunowen Bobby and Clonberne Boy are some of them. Paddy's sire is Silver Shadow who is a Grade A show jumper belonging to Philip McManus.
